Mr. Price joined the firm in 2007.  He is the firm’s resident expert on local and state government regulation and licensing of medical marijuana businesses.  Although his primary focus is representing local governments in civil litigation and administrative hearings, he also advises clients on matters concerning public records requests, open meetings, municipal taxation and eminent domain.  In addition, he serves as a municipal prosecutor for multiple firm clients.
