He also works in the areas of real estate, land use and debtor and creditor rights and remedies. Mr. Kuechenmeister is on the arbitration panels of National Arbitration Forum (NAF), hearing ICANN and other cases, and of Colorado Mediators and Arbitrators (COMA), hearing commercial cases.
