She has served as city or town attorney to several Colorado municipalties and as general counsel to Title 32 special districts and private entities and individuals with state and local government issues. Ms. Beery advises clients on uniquely municipal issues such as zoning and land use law, sales and use tax matters and TABOR, and represents clients in court and administrative proceedings.
Ms. Beery was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2000.
